Find Your Grind announced a $5 million Series A funding round, bringing its total funding to $8 million Fast Company. The round was led by Echo Investment Capital, with support from Gross Labs Fast Company, the investment vehicle of founder Nick Gross, a former member of the band Goldfinger. The platform addresses a critical gap in traditional education by exposing students to alternative career paths such as content creation, esports, social media management, and creative production—professions rarely highlighted in conventional school settings. The platform centers on four core competencies: self-awareness, career awareness, social awareness, and action awareness, helping students connect their values with professional outcomes. Find Your Grind features a Lifestyle Assessment that helps students identify three lifestyle paths based on their preferences Fast Company, such as creator, performer, or humanitarian, then provides personalized next steps tailored to each student’s unique profile. Students can access interactive lessons, videos, and mentorship from notable figures including Tony Hawk, Tony Hoffman, and will.i.am, who share practical insights about their own career journeys.
